Cardio Boxing This is a group class held in a fun, energizing, inviting environment featuring partnered and individual fitness boxing exercises. Trained by a professional, you will be taught proper technique in all areas of boxing and fuctional fitness, on a round to round basis. This is a slower paced, more specialized program based on individual needs.
